Only clutch purses or fanny packs up to 5 x 7 inches, clear bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches, medical bags and diaper bags are permitted. Non-clear bags are prohibited, and every bag is inspected.

All visitors and their belongings are screened, including everything in pockets and bags. Belongings pass through an x-ray machine or visual inspection. The pages give no bag size limit.

Fans can carry one bag: a clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches, or a one-gallon clear freezer bag. A small clutch up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches can come in with one of the clear options.

- Xfinity Mobile ArenaConditional
Hand clutches, wristlets and small purses up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches are permitted without x-ray screening. For Flyers and Sixers games, bags larger than that and smaller than 14 x 14 x 6 inches are x-ray screened at designated bag entrances. Rules can change per concert or family show.

Bag storage at the verified venues
Lincoln Financial Field: The page does not describe bag storage or lockers.
Citizens Bank Park: Lockers are at the First Base Gate, the West Suite and Club Entrance, and the Left Field Gate for a 10 dollar cashless fee. You can also return prohibited items to your vehicle.
Xfinity Mobile Arena: Lockers for oversized bags are on the southeast side of the arena, closest to the 11th Street Entrance. They cost 5 to 15 dollars, take credit cards only and are limited. The largest is 14 inches wide, 16.5 inches long and 17 inches high, and firearms cannot be stored. The arena does not check or store other prohibited items.
Independence Hall and Liberty Bell: The pages read describe no bag or locker storage.
