Short answer

Citizens Bank Park allows only clear bags up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches, clutch purses or fanny packs up to 5 by 7 inches, and medical and diaper bags. Non-clear bags, backpacks, laptops and all coolers are banned. Unopened plastic bottles and single-serve juice containers are allowed after inspection. There is no re-entry, and lockers cost 10 dollars.

Bag policy in detail

Only clutch purses or fanny packs up to 5 x 7 inches, clear bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches, medical bags and diaper bags are permitted. Non-clear bags are prohibited, and every bag is inspected. Non-clear bags, backpacks and drawstring bags included, are prohibited. The page does not say whether a clear backpack within 12 x 6 x 12 inches is allowed. Food and drink

Unopened non-alcoholic plastic bottles, baby bottles and single-serve soft-sided juice containers can come in after inspection. Glass bottles, cans and open containers are not allowed. The page sets no size cap. Coolers, hard-sided, soft-sided and Styrofoam, may not be brought in. The pages name no food rule. Coolers of every kind are prohibited, and the bag rule limits what you can carry it in.

Cameras and electronics

Still cameras for personal use with lenses up to 6 inches are allowed, if no game action is recorded. Camera cases, tripods, monopods, camcorders and hand-held video cameras are not. Camera lenses exceeding 6 inches are prohibited. Tripods and monopods are prohibited. Unmanned and remote controlled aircraft are prohibited at all times, including in the surrounding parking areas. Laptops are on the prohibited items list. The pages do not mention power banks. The guide lists chargeFUZE charging stations around the ballpark. The pages do not mention tablets.

Strollers and family items

Fold-up strollers should be stored under your seat during the game. Strollers and wheelchairs are directed to side gates for screening. Medical bags and diaper bags are permitted. All bags are inspected.

Umbrellas, blankets and comfort items

Umbrellas are permitted. Guests are asked to be considerate of the people around them. The pages do not mention blankets and seat cushions.

Signs, flags and fan items

Banners and signs must be light, flexible material up to 24 x 18 inches, with no wood or metal support. They are limited to baseball subjects plus birthdays, engagements, weddings, anniversaries and health, and cannot be political or commercial. Flags smaller than 18 x 24 inches are allowed if they are not affixed to a pole or stick of any hard material. Larger flags may be admitted for official cultural, heritage or theme celebrations. The pages do not ban binoculars, but binocular cases larger than 5 x 7 inches are prohibited.

Medical needs and accessibility

Medical bags and diaper bags are permitted, after inspection. A guest who does not want to walk through the screening units can ask a supervisor for another form of screening.

Security screening and arrival

All guests are screened and all bags are searched before entry, and strollers and wheelchairs go to side gates. The policy is no re-entry. Items left at the gates are discarded, and the Phillies are not responsible for them.

Bag storage and lockers

Lockers are at the First Base Gate, the West Suite and Club Entrance, and the Left Field Gate for a 10 dollar cashless fee. You can also return prohibited items to your vehicle.

Phillies games and other events

The prohibited list is for baseball games. For other events the page says to call your sales point of contact for an updated list, and concerts have their own list on the Phillies concert page.
