What power banks rules look like

Most venues we checked do not name personal power banks. The O2 invites you to bring a USB charger, TD Garden allows portable chargers that fit its bag rule, Lumen Field allows them for charging a phone only, Levi's Stadium bans battery packs larger than a cell phone, Acrisure Stadium allows lithium-ion packs up to 3 x 6 x 1 inches, and Fiserv Forum requires authorization for devices containing batteries.
Several venues rent or lend portable chargers inside, including several arenas and ballparks, among them Canada Life Centre, and others list charging stations or rentals, including five stadiums and BC Place.
Two stadiums allow small batteries for battery-operated clothing, up to 3 x 6 x 1 inches.

Questions about power banks

It depends on the venue and the event. Many policies do not mention them at all. Where a size or weight limit exists, it appears on the venue page or the event page.
Some venues offer rentals. One arena we checked has charger stations at nine locations inside.
Most policies focus on bags, bottles and weapons. When a rule is not stated, we say so and do not guess.
