Short answer

Valleyfair allows one factory-sealed bottle of water or an empty water bottle per person, but no other outside food, drinks or coolers, with exceptions for special dietary needs, baby food and formula. All guests and bags are inspected, and wagons used as strollers are allowed. Lockers cost 15 to 25 dollars a day.

Bag policy in detail
