Short answer
Spectrum Center allows only small bags, clutches, crossbody bags and wristlets up to 5 by 7 by 1.5 inches, clear or not. Backpacks and clear bags over that size are banned, with exceptions for diaper, medical and disability bags. Outside food and drinks are banned, there is no bag storage, and re-entry needs approval before you leave.

Guests may generally use cameras for personal, noncommercial still photography. Detachable lenses, professional equipment and lighting may be restricted or prohibited, and recording devices such as GoPros and smart glasses are not allowed. Selfie sticks, tripods and monopods are on the prohibited items list. Drones are on the prohibited items list. The pages do not mention camera lenses, laptops, tablets and power banks.
Strollers and family items
Strollers are permitted but cannot be stored in aisles, walkways, stairwells, seating areas or exits. Large strollers may be checked at the Guest Experience booths outside Sections 102 and 208 if space allows. Diaper bags for an infant or young child, bags for medical or disability needs and breast pumps are exceptions to the size limit. They are inspected and x-rayed like every bag.
