Short answer

Rose Bowl Stadium allows a 12 by 6 by 12 inch clear bag, a one-gallon freezer bag or a clutch up to 4.5 by 6.5 inches at UCLA football games, plus a diaper bag with a child. Factory-sealed or empty reusable bottles are allowed, two per person. Coolers, umbrellas, signs, flags, outside food and tripods are banned.

Bag policy in detail

Approved bags are a 12 x 6 x 12 inch clear plastic bag, a one-gallon plastic freezer bag, a clutch with a shoulder or wrist strap no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches, and a diaper bag as long as a child is with you. Non-compliant bags can be checked at the free bag check. Backpacks are on the non-approved bags list. Purses are non-approved bags, but a clutch with a strap no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches is approved.
