Short answer
Kia Center does not allow bags. Guests may bring one small clutch of 4.5 by 6.5 by 1 inches, and medical and parent bags up to 14 by 14 by 6 are exceptions that get x-rayed. Backpacks, bottles, coolers, outside food and drinks, laptops, strollers and tripods are banned, and there is no re-entry.

Bag policy in detail
Bags are not permitted. Guests may bring one small clutch of 4.5 x 6.5 x 1 inches or less, and medical and parent bags are exceptions up to 14 x 14 x 6 inches, x-rayed at designated locations. Food and drink

Cameras and electronics
Non-flash still cameras are allowed at sporting events, but cameras with detachable lenses longer than 3 inches are prohibited. For concerts and other events, any detachable lens, lenses over 3 inches and flash are prohibited, and video and audio recorders are not allowed. Cameras with detachable lenses longer than 3 inches when extended are prohibited at sporting events, and any detachable lens is prohibited at concerts. Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks and GoPro sticks are prohibited. Drones are on the prohibited items list. Laptops are prohibited. The camera policy says iPads and tablets are permitted for Orlando Magic and Orlando Solar Bears games. iPads and tablets are permitted for Orlando Magic and Orlando Solar Bears games, and other events can change this. The pages do not mention power banks.
Strollers and family items
Strollers are on the prohibited items list, and the A-Z guide marks them for NBA and Orlando Magic games. Medical and parent bags are exceptions up to 14 x 14 x 6 inches, and they are x-rayed at designated locations.
Umbrellas, blankets and comfort items
The pages do not mention umbrellas, blankets and seat cushions.
Signs, flags and fan items
Signs larger than 11 x 17 inches, signs on metal, plastic or wooden poles, and signs with indecent, derogatory, political or commercial content are prohibited. The pages do not mention flags. Signs on poles are prohibited. The pages do not mention binoculars.
Medical needs and accessibility
Medical and parent bags are exceptions, up to 14 x 14 x 6 inches, and they are x-rayed at designated locations. Individual exceptions to the outside food rule can be made for medical purposes.
Security screening and arrival
All patrons are subject to metal detector inspection, and a search process may be required for select events. Guests who refuse a visual, pat-down or wand search are refused entry. Kia Center has a no re-entry policy, and a patron who leaves is not admitted again without an unused or unscanned ticket.
