An item that is not listed is not mentioned in the official pages we checked. Each row links to the page its rule came from.
Bag policy in detail
Only clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches are permitted, clear backpacks and fanny packs included, and they must be completely clear on all sides. Tinted bags are not permitted. Small non-clear bags up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches are allowed. Bags are searched at the gates. Clear backpacks are permitted within 12 x 6 x 12 inches. Other backpacks are not clear and larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches, so they are not allowed. Bags larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches that are not completely clear are not permitted. A small non-clear bag within that size is allowed.
- Clear bag or backpack up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches

- One sealed 500 mL water bottle

Food and drink
Guests may bring one factory-sealed, non-frozen 500 mL (16.9 oz) bottle of plain water. Sports drinks, flavored water, glass bottles, cans, souvenir cups and thermoses are not allowed. Food is prohibited, except for children under the age of two. Coolers of any kind are prohibited.
Cameras and electronics
Cameras with professional photo lenses are prohibited, and at Cardinals games so are lenses longer than 8 inches. Video cameras and GoPros are not allowed either. Cameras with professional photo lenses, and at Cardinals games lenses longer than 8 inches, are prohibited. Monopods, tripods, poles and selfie sticks are prohibited. State Farm Stadium is a strict no drone zone, parking areas included. Laptop computers are prohibited. Tablets are listed among allowed items in the family section of the A-Z guide. The pages do not mention power banks.
Strollers and family items
Strollers, wagons and car seats are prohibited, but smaller umbrella-style strollers are allowed after inspection. They cannot block aisles, rows or seats. Exceptions for medically necessary items are allowed after inspection. Diapers and wipes must go in a clear bag, and diaper bags are prohibited.
Umbrellas, blankets and comfort items
Umbrellas larger than 12 inches in length are prohibited, so smaller ones are allowed. Blankets must be carried loosely or placed in an approved clear bag. Seat cushions are prohibited unless they are one piece with no zippers, pockets or concealable areas. Folding chairs are not allowed.
Signs, flags and fan items
Banners or signs larger than 3 x 2 feet are prohibited, and poles and sticks of any kind are too. Banners and flags follow the sign rule: nothing larger than 3 x 2 feet and no poles. The pages do not mention binoculars.
Medical needs and accessibility
Exceptions for medically necessary items are allowed after inspection. Bottles, formula, breast pumps, medical supplies, diapers and wipes are on the allowed list, while diaper bags and large strollers are not.
Security screening and arrival
All guests are searched and their belongings scanned, and metal detector screening and bag checks are mandatory. Security can confiscate items, and guests who decline a search may be denied entry. The stadium enforces a no re-entry policy, and e-cigarettes and chewing tobacco are prohibited.
Bag storage and lockers
The clear bag page says bag check facilities are on the East and West sides of the stadium. The prohibited items list says there are no storage facilities for prohibited items and security cannot hold them, so the two statements conflict. Ask the stadium before you rely on a bag check.
Cardinals games and other events
The clear bag policy is described for most events, and some limits, such as the 8 inch lens rule, apply to Cardinals games only. Check your event page.
