Short answer
Allegiant Stadium allows clear bags up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches plus a small clutch up to 4.5 by 6.5 by 2 inches. Backpacks, strollers, seat cushions, tablets and laptops are banned. Soft-sided empty water bottles, blankets and umbrellas up to 12 inches are allowed. Bag check costs 20 dollars at three locations.

Bag policy in detail
Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches. A small clutch, purse or wallet up to 4.5 x 6.5 x 2 inches can come in as well. Tinted or colored bags, and clear bags larger than the limit, are prohibited. Backpacks are on the list of prohibited bags, with fanny packs, cinch bags, briefcases, diaper bags and luggage. Purses larger than 4.5 x 6.5 x 2 inches are prohibited. A small clutch, purse or wallet within that size is allowed in addition to a clear bag.

Food and drink
Empty, soft-sided or collapsible water bottles are permitted. Hard-sided bottles, cans and beverage containers of any kind are prohibited. All outside food and beverage are prohibited, liquids of any kind included. Hard-sided containers, coolers and thermoses are prohibited.
Cameras and electronics
Handheld and still cameras with lenses less than 6 inches long when fully extended are permitted. Professional cameras with detachable lenses, and camera bags, are prohibited, and video cameras need media credentials. Professional cameras and recording devices with lenses over 6 inches, GoPros included, are prohibited. Tripods, monopods and selfie sticks are prohibited. Drones, unmanned aircraft and any remote-controlled aircraft are strictly prohibited on stadium property, parking lots included. Laptops and personal computers are prohibited. Tablets, iPads and Kindles are prohibited. The guide does not mention bringing your own power bank. chargeFUZE kiosks rent portable chargers inside.
Strollers and family items
Strollers and child seats are prohibited. Strollers can be checked in at bag check for 20 dollars. Medical supplies, breast pumps and feeding supplies are permitted, and an exception is made for necessary medical items after inspection.
Umbrellas, blankets and comfort items
Umbrellas longer than 12 inches when collapsed are prohibited, so a smaller one is allowed. Blankets are on the list of permitted items. Seat cushions and portable chairs are prohibited.
Signs, flags and fan items
Posters can be up to 2 x 3 feet and flags up to 3 x 5 feet if they do not block sightlines or signage, are not commercial or obscene, are not paraded around, and are not on poles or sticks. Flags up to 3 x 5 feet are allowed under the same conditions as posters, with no poles or sticks. Binoculars are permitted. Binocular cases are not.
Medical needs and accessibility
Medical supplies, breast pumps and feeding supplies are permitted, and an exception is made for necessary medical items, all subject to inspection before entry.
Security screening and arrival
All patrons and items are searched, and refusing means you are not admitted. The stadium is a no re-entry facility and is smoke-free, vaping included, with designated smoking areas outside. Management is not responsible for items left at the entries.
Bag storage and lockers
There are three bag check locations: North in Lot B, West at 5455 Polaris Avenue and East in Lot E. Each bag costs 20 dollars, which is non-refundable, with cashless payment. Bag check opens when the stadium entries open and closes an hour after the event, and strollers can be checked there too.
Raiders games and other events
The bag policy is the NFL policy, and the guide says it can change without notice. The guide gives no separate list for concerts or other events, so check your event page.
