Short answer
Paycom Center allows only bags and items up to 6 by 9 by 2 inches, clear ones included. Outside food and drinks, laptops, tablets and hard-sided containers are banned. Umbrellas are allowed in bad weather if they stay closed, and strollers are discouraged. The arena will not hold prohibited items, so you return them to your vehicle.

Bag policy in detail
Bags smaller than 6 x 9 x 2 inches are allowed, clear bags included, and bags larger than that are prohibited. Everything, including items brought for autographs, must fit 6 x 9 x 2 inches.
