Short answer
Notre Dame Stadium allows clear bags up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches, one-gallon clear zip bags, and a small clutch or wallet up to 4.5 by 6.5 inches. Backpacks, coolers, fanny packs and diaper bags are banned. Blankets, seat cushions up to 16 by 16 inches and cameras without cases are allowed, and there is no bag check.

Only clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches are allowed, with a logo no larger than 4.5 x 3.4 inches. A one-gallon clear zip bag is also allowed, and so is a small clutch or wallet up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches that need not be clear. Backpacks are on the list of prohibited bags. Purses larger than a clutch are prohibited. Small clutches and wallets up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches, with or without a strap, are allowed.

Medical needs and accessibility

All fans and belongings are subject to inspection at the entrances. Express lanes for guests without bags are open at all gates.

There is no bag check. A third-party vendor outside the stadium before home football games ships bags and belongings that do not meet the policy.
