Short answer
The JMA Wireless Dome allows a clear tote up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches or a one-gallon clear bag, plus a clutch or small purse up to 4.5 by 6.5 inches and a diaper bag. Umbrellas are allowed inside. Backpacks, coolers, outside food and drink, drones and selfie sticks are banned, and there is no bag check.

Each fan may bring one large clear bag, a 12 x 6 x 12 inch clear tote or a one-gallon clear storage bag, plus a clutch or small purse of 4.5 x 6.5 inches. Diaper bags are approved, and medically necessary items are allowed after inspection. Backpacks are on the list of prohibited bags. Large purses are prohibited. Security screening and arrival
Walkthrough metal detectors are at all Dome entry gates. Fans present phones, cameras and large metal objects, and need not remove keys, change, wallets, jackets or belts.

There is no check-in location for prohibited bags at the Dome. Fans are asked to return non-approved bags to their vehicle.
Football, concerts and other Dome events
The clear bag policy covers all Syracuse athletic events at the Dome and other Dome events, including concerts. Other Syracuse venues do not require clear bags unless notice is given.
