Every rule at T-Mobile Center
An item that is not listed is not mentioned in the official pages we checked. Each row links to the page its rule came from.
Bag policy in detail
T-Mobile Center says it does not have a clear bag policy. Bags larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches are not allowed, backpacks of any size are not allowed, and all bags are inspected on entry. Guests are screened by walk-through metal detectors or hand-held wands.
Diaper bags and pumping gear are permitted. All diaper bags and medical bags are screened and tagged by security before entry.
- Any style of bag up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches
- No backpacks of any size
- Diaper bags and medical bags are screened and tagged
- Everything is inspected
Food and drink
Outside food and beverages are not allowed, and bottles, cans, coolers and containers are on the prohibited list. Gifts and flowers have to be unwrapped or in a gift bag and are collected at security screening, though that can vary by event.
Cameras and electronics
Non-professional still cameras are permitted at most events, but only outside any case or bag. Restrictions on still and video cameras vary by event and are set by the event producer. Professional photography, video recording of any kind and flash photography are prohibited at all times, and so are GoPro-type cameras, selfie sticks and cameras with detachable lenses.
Laptops are prohibited, and so are iPads and similar tablets larger than 7 inches. The guide does not mention power banks or drones.
Strollers and family items
Strollers may not be brought into the seating sections, aisles or onto the escalators. Guests who bring a stroller can check it in at Guest Services in Sections 103 and 205. For most concerts and events everyone needs a ticket regardless of age.
Umbrellas, blankets and comfort items
Umbrellas with spike-like points are prohibited, and the guide names no other umbrella rule. Chairs of any kind are prohibited, folding and collapsible ones included. The guide does not mention blankets or seat cushions.
Signs, flags and fan items
Banners, flags and signs cannot exceed 11 by 17 inches, and some shows may not allow any signs. Poles, sticks or dowels are not permitted, signs that block a view are removed, and inappropriate content can be confiscated. Artificial noisemakers, frisbees, beach balls, balloons and spurs are prohibited. Masks are permitted but must come off at security and alcohol sales, apart from medical or religious items.
Medical needs and accessibility
Medical bags are screened and tagged by security. The arena is ADA compliant, and its Guest Services page covers wheelchair escorts, accessible seating, service animals and assistive listening devices.
Security screening and arrival
Re-entry is not allowed once your ticket has been scanned. T-Mobile Center and the artist can add prohibited items and limit the size of signs, and security can confiscate anything that may cause danger or disruption.
Bag storage and lockers
The guide does not describe bag storage or lockers, apart from stroller check-in at Guest Services in Sections 103 and 205.
Concerts and other events
The guide says camera and sign rules vary by event and are set by the event producer, and that some shows allow no signs. Check your event page, and contact the arena before bringing a camera.
