Bag policy in detail

The bag policy entry says bags smaller than 10 by 6 by 2 inches, or clear bags smaller than 14 by 14 by 6 inches, may be screened and enter at any entrance. Non-clear bags larger than 10 by 6 by 2 but not exceeding 14 by 14 by 6 inches must be x-ray screened in the designated lanes. No backpack, large duffle or luggage is allowed at any time.

The Diaper Bags entry reads more strictly. It lets you carry wallets, purses, fanny packs and crossbody bags smaller than 10 by 6 by 2 inches, with exceptions for diaper bags up to 14 by 14 by 6 inches and bags needed for medical necessity. The guide says the policy can change without notice and that extra restrictions can apply to specific events.

Non-professional cameras are allowed unless management says otherwise. Flash photography, monopods and tripods, cameras with interchangeable or detachable lenses, lenses longer than 3.5 inches, selfie sticks, and audio or video recording devices such as GoPros are prohibited.

iPads, tablets and laptops are prohibited, and so are drones. Batteries and devices containing batteries need authorization. chargeFUZE kiosks rent portable chargers, with machines in the main and upper concourses.

Strollers and family items

Strollers are allowed on the concourse but not in seating areas, and you check them at the Guest Services Desk at Sections 120 or 212. Child safety seats cannot sit on arena seats or block walkways. Diaper bags up to 14 by 14 by 6 inches get additional screening.

Umbrellas, blankets and comfort items

Collapsible, solid-colored umbrellas no longer than 12 inches are allowed. Golf umbrellas, umbrellas with pointed tips and multi-colored optical illusion umbrellas are prohibited. The guide does not mention blankets or seat cushions.

Signs, flags and fan items

Banners, flags and signs larger than 11 by 17 inches are not permitted, and poles, sticks and dowels are prohibited. Nothing can be stuck to a surface or block a view, and management can confiscate signage it finds inappropriate. Medical needs and accessibility

Exceptions are made for items deemed medically necessary, and the guide asks you to email the arena for prior approval at least five days before your visit. Medical accommodation bags and infant or childcare bags get additional screening. Medical face masks are allowed.

Security screening and arrival

Guests who leave during an event after their ticket is scanned cannot come back in without an unused ticket, though exceptions may be made if you talk to security before you leave. Weapons of any kind, scissors and pocketknives included, are prohibited.
