Hilton Coliseum allows clear totes up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches, one-gallon clear freezer bags and clutches up to 6 by 9 inches. One sealed or empty plastic water bottle of 20 ounces or less is allowed, but outside food and drink, coolers, strollers, umbrellas and chairbacks are banned.
