Short answer
Ohio Stadium bans bags of any size, though a wallet, wristlet or clutch up to 5 by 8 by 1 inches is allowed. Empty clear plastic water bottles, blankets, tablets and umbrellas carried in are allowed, but food, drinks, coolers, strollers, laptops, drones, signs and flags are banned. There is no re-entry.

Bag policy in detail
Bags or purses of any size are not permitted. A wallet, wristlet or clutch no larger than 5 x 8 x 1 inches, with or without a strap, is allowed. One bag per person is allowed for medical, dietary or child care needs. All bags are banned, including backpacks, fanny packs, purses, cinch bags, messenger bags, crossbody bags, camera bags, briefcases and duffle bags. Purses are banned, but a wallet, wristlet or clutch no larger than 5 x 8 x 1 inches is permitted.

Cameras and electronics
Still cameras with a lens of 100 mm or less are permitted. Cameras with a lens over 100 mm, audio or video recording equipment, monopods, dual pods and tripods are not. Still cameras with a lens of 100 mm or less are permitted. Monopods, dual pods, tripods and selfie sticks are prohibited. Drones, including unmanned aircraft systems and model aircraft, are prohibited. Laptops and computers are on the prohibited items list. Tablets are on the permitted items list. Strollers and family items
Strollers and car-seat type baby carriers are not permitted. Body-worn carriers with a child, such as wraps and slings, are allowed. One bag per person is permitted for medical, dietary or child care needs. Those guests enter through the Band Center doors or the Security Entrance to have the bag inspected.
Umbrellas, blankets and comfort items
Guests may carry umbrellas in for use before and after the game, but they may not be opened in the seating areas. Blankets are permitted if they are unrolled or unbagged. Foam seat cushions are permitted if they have no back supports, zippers or storage slots. Seatbacks need a doctor's note and must be 16 inches wide or less.
