Short answer
T-Mobile Arena allows only small personal bags up to 9 by 5 by 2 inches, clear or not, and no backpacks. Outside food and drinks, and any bottle or container, empty or sealed, are banned. Laptops, tablets, seat cushions and coolers are banned. Binbox lockers start at 20 dollars, and there is no re-entry.

Bag policy in detail
No bags or backpacks are permitted except small personal bags up to 9 x 5 x 2 inches, clear or not. Fanny packs, crossbody bags and clear stadium bags are fine within that size, and straps are not measured. Tours, promoters and the building can change the policy. Food and drink
Cans, and metal, glass or plastic containers, bottles and flasks, empty or sealed, are prohibited. Baby bottles and formula are permitted. Outside food, beverage and alcohol are prohibited. Cameras and electronics
Cameras with interchangeable or detachable lenses, or an external flash, are prohibited, along with GoPros and other recording devices. The A-Z guide also bans telephoto lenses. Cameras with interchangeable, detachable or telephoto lenses are not permitted. Selfie sticks, tripods and monopods are prohibited. Drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft are prohibited at the arena and Toshiba Plaza without advance written consent of management. Laptops, tablets, personal computers and two-way radios are prohibited. Tablets, laptops and personal computers are prohibited. The pages do not name personal power banks. They describe chargeFUZE rental kiosks and complimentary charging stations in designated areas.
Strollers and family items

Binbox lockers on Toshiba Plaza next to Allegiant Stage start at 20 dollars per bag, non-refundable and cashless. Bag check opens with the doors and closes 45 minutes after the event, and bags left after that go to Lost and Found.
Golden Knights games, concerts and other events
The page says artist tours, promoters and the building can change the policy, and that Paramount+ Plaza has its own short list of restrictions. Check the event page for your date.
