Short answer
Honda Center allows bags up to 4 by 6 by 1.5 inches at Ducks games and 5 by 9 by 2 at other events, clear ones included. Backpacks are banned, and diaper and medical bags up to 12 by 12 by 12 get extra screening. Water bottles, outside food and strollers are banned, with no bag check or re-entry.

Bag policy in detail
For Ducks games all bags and purses must be no larger than 4 x 6 x 1.5 inches, clear ones included. For non-Ducks events the limit is 5 x 9 x 2 inches, one bag per guest.
