Short answer

Canada's Wonderland allows baby food and formula, bottled water and refillable bottles, but no other outside food, drinks or coolers and no glass. Bags, purses, backpacks and waist packs are inspected, and sharp objects, firearms and drones are banned. Strollers rent for 17 or 26 dollars plus tax, and lockers cost 17 to 30 dollars a day.

Bag policy in detail

Food and drink

Cameras and electronics

At AlpenFury, all cameras and cell phones must go in a locker or the bins before riding. Metal detection is in place at that ride. All drones are prohibited from taking off or landing on the property, apart from the park's own certified pilot. The pages do not mention camera lenses, tripods, laptops, tablets and power banks.

Strollers and family items

Guests with medical dietary needs will be considered, and the FAQ asks them to contact Guest Services before visiting. Single and double strollers rent for one day, 17 dollars plus tax for a single and 26 for a double, first come, first served. The FAQ does not say whether a personal stroller is allowed.

Umbrellas, blankets and comfort items

Medical needs and accessibility

The pages describe no separate medical bag process, so ask the venue before the event if you need to bring medical items.

Security screening and arrival

Everyone goes through metal detection, and all bags, purses, backpacks and waist packs are subject to inspection. Sharp objects including pocket knives and metal chains and firearms are prohibited, and guests who re-enter go through metal detection again.

Bag storage and lockers

Lockers are at the Front Gate next to the Canada's Wonderland Store and at the Splash Works entrance. The all-day fee ranges from 17 to 30 dollars depending on locker size and the time of the season.
