Williams Arena allows clear tote bags up to 12 by 12 inches or small bags of 4.5 by 6.5 inches, such as clutches and cross-body fanny packs, and has no bag check. Backpacks, coolers, outside food and drink, strollers, umbrellas, laptops and tablets are banned, though an empty clear plastic bottle is allowed.
