Short answer

Globe Life Field allows soft-sided bags up to 16 by 8 by 16 inches, but all backpacks are banned except diaper, medical and Jr. Rangers ones. Food must be in a sealed clear quart bag, and each ticket gets one sealed unflavored water up to 1 liter. Coolers of any kind, camera lenses over 8 inches and tripods are banned.

Bag policy in detail

Authorized bags must be soft-sided and no larger than 16 x 8 x 16 inches. The bag policy section allows a maximum of two bags per person, while the prohibited list says one bag per guest, so assume one. Everything is inspected. All backpacks are prohibited, including backpack purses, clear backpacks and smaller children's backpacks. Food and drink

Each ticket allows one sealed, non-flavored water in a plastic bottle of up to 1 liter. All other drinks are prohibited, and so are glass, metal and aluminum containers, tumblers, thermoses and flasks. Outside food is allowed if it is inside a sealed, clear, quart-sized or smaller plastic bag. One bag of food is permitted per ticket. Coolers of any kind are prohibited.

Cameras and electronics

Camera lenses longer than 8 inches, camera bags or cases, tripods, monopods and selfie sticks are prohibited. The page says nothing else about cameras.
