Short answer
Carowinds does not allow outside food or beverages. All bags, purses, backpacks and waist packs are inspected, and sharp objects, firearms and drones are banned. Selfie sticks are allowed in the park but not on rides, and cameras and phones are banned on rides. Strollers can be rented next to Guest Services at the North Gate.
