Short answer
SECU Stadium allows a clear bag up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches, a one-gallon clear bag or a clutch up to 4.5 by 6.5 inches. One factory-sealed plastic or empty metal water bottle per fan is allowed. Strollers must be left at a stroller check, and outside food, coolers, umbrellas and cameras with detachable lenses are banned.

Bag policy in detail
Only clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches, one-gallon clear freezer bags and small clutch bags of 4.5 x 6.5 inches are allowed. All other bags are not permitted. Backpacks are on the list of prohibited bags, and drawstring bags that are not clear are too. Purses are prohibited bags, but a small clutch of 4.5 x 6.5 inches, with or without a strap, is allowed.
