Often not. Many venues cap lens length, commonly at 6 inches, or ban detachable lenses. The venue page shows the limit.

Are professional cameras allowed?

Usually not for fans. Venues tend to ban professional gear, video cameras and long lenses, and allow small personal cameras.

Is a phone camera allowed?

Yes at almost every venue we checked. Phones are rarely mentioned as an issue, though selfie sticks often are.

What camera lenses rules look like

Of the venues we have checked, 139 ban detachable or long lenses and 49 allow them with a limit. The other 107 do not mention lenses.
The most common limit is 6 inches. Kyle Field, Kroger Field, Huntington Bank Stadium, Kaseya Center, M&T Bank Stadium and Oklahoma Memorial Stadium use it, and Kroger Field also bars detachable lenses.
Some venues set a tighter or looser cap. Lenovo Center allows detachable lenses under 5 inches, Comerica Park bans detachable lenses over 8 inches, and Kenan Stadium bars interchangeable lenses over 55 millimeters.
Many venues ban detachable lenses outright and allow point-and-shoot cameras and phones, so a compact camera is the safe choice.
